When we were contacted by a fellow photographer to capture their friend’s wedding ceremony in Lake District, we immediately called Langdale Chase Hotel to ask if it was ok to do a wedding photoshoot with our couple.
We were really looking forward to being Lianne and Alastair’s wedding photographer and videographer at the Langdale Chase and St. Mary’s Church.

Langdale Chase Hotel is located a couple of minutes away from St. Mary’s Church where the wedding ceremony took place.
Wedding Ceremony at St. Mary’s Church Windermere
Having a wedding during the pandemic is never easy and Lianne and Alastair didn’t let anything get in the way- that’s why they had two weddings! One in the South and one in the North. We were present as their wedding photographer and videographer at the stunning St.Mary’s Church in Lake District, Windermere. Lianne wore a beautiful A-line wedding dress and Alastair his military suit for his wedding, the gorgeous couple had all eyes on them. It was an intimate wedding ceremony with their closest ones.

As soon as we arrived at Langdale Chase it started pouring, but this didn’t stop us from taking epic pictures, we tried our best to do creative wedding photography and a cinematic wedding video even in the most harsh weather conditions. Lianne handled the rain like a pro, she is such a star. Alastair is more accustomed with cold water giving his military background. As our bride said, ‘Real women marry divers.’

Nick and his wife did a last minute wedding photography and videography for us with only a weeks notice, they were so professional in the church and managed to get all the family photos we wanted, they had arranged to take us to some beautiful locations and shot some amazing pictures, they took such a variety of pictures from the standard traditional to funny and natural pictures, I would highly recommend them for any wedding
We hired Nick and Luiza to photograph and video our wedding at Windermere in the Lake District at very short notice a week before the ceremony due to covid Restrictions. They were both amazing , very professional and very friendly and easy to work with. The pictures they managed to take even though it was raining were spectacular. Nick and Luiza listened to what pictures we wanted and where and they helped us so much to make them happen. Very professional couple who are our friends for life.
