Hours Before The Wedding Ceremony at The Gamekeeper’s Inn

I met Felicity and Richard in person for the first time on their wedding day.

At 7 am, Luiza screams from the top of her lungs ‘Niiiiiiiick, come here, quickly !!!’. I jump out of bed to see what’s happening. ‘ Richard gave me a message at 1 am… their wedding photographer had cancelled on them last night and he asked if we can cover both videography and photography for their wedding, today … ‘. Therefore, I quickly pack all of my cameras, lenses, all my gear and off we go to Skipton.

I remember that morning like it was yesterday. It was one of the coldest mornings of 2019. Tiny sunbeams were slowly heating the little droplets on the grass that have become frost overnight .
The frozen fields were shining in the sun. We knew. A gorgeous day was ahead of us.

Felicity was happy to see us and we were so happy to see her in such good spirit.

Being a wedding photographer at The Gamekeeper’s Inn gave me a magical feeling. This place is such a breathtaking venue located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Both the wedding ceremony and celebrations took place at the Gamekeepers Inn. The staff was extremely helpful, cooperative and always on time.
This exciting, romantic and memorable wedding is one of our favourites up to date.

Thank you for the amazing photos which you guys got at our wedding in November! You both captured the day perfectly and we absolutely loved watching the video and looking through our photos. You guys are a great team and made us feel so comfortable and totally at ease.
